I was doing a little bit of digging to find an article about that but I gave up after reading more than I care to about dairy farming. The point remains however, I'm pretty sure that not milking the cow is a less human option than milking it. Just me though. And yes I would be very interested to meet some ladies who have agreed to be milked for Ben and Jerry's. I wonder if they have the same huge rotating turnstile for humans that cows go through to be milked each day.
